K’ómoks Community Health and Wellness

Championing Our Health and Community Services

K’ómoks knows that health and wellness are holistic and all-encompassing. We’ve understood this truth since time immemorial, and have cultivated traditional practices to address our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being. Today, we are reclaiming and championing those practices.

K’ómoks Health and Wellness Plan 2024

SVG divider

The K’ómoks First Nation Health and Wellness Plan was finalized in 2024. It outlines the vision, priorities and concrete goals for our Nation for the years to come. We would like to acknowledge all those who contributed their time, energy and effort to working on the plan for the K’ómoks community, as well as the KFN Health and Community Services teams.

Our Health and Wellness Vision

K’ómoks First Nation’s health and wellness is based on the principles of inclusion, tradition and balance. The physical, mental and spiritual needs of our Members are met through culturally informed care, and together we will overcome the legacy of colonialism.
